- Inpatient room rate discount applies to the room charge only. Excludes delivery room, observation room, newborn room, and Economy room.
- Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan: benefits apply only to VIP and EXTRA rooms, and stays are limited to no more than 4 nights. Members under 4 years old receive only a 10% room rate discount, except for EXTRA and VIP rooms.
- Bangkok Hospital Phitsanulok: the benefit applies only to room charges with a value greater than 1,000 THB.
- Bangkok Hospital Phayathai 1, 2, 3, Nawamin, and the Paolo Hospital network, excluding ICU, CCU, PICU, ASU, NCU, NICU, double rooms, 3-bed rooms, Economy rooms, and other rooms as specified by the hospital.
- Excluding meal charges, nursing service fees, and other items as specified by the hospital.
- Discount on outpatient and inpatient medical expenses, excluding doctor fees, special medicines, special equipment, special medical supplies, special lab tests, promotional items, and all package/bundled items. Phyathai Hospital 1, 2, 3, Nawamin, and the Paolo Hospital network provide a discount on medication charges only.
- Outpatient doctor consultation discount at Bangkok Hospital Sanamchan, Bangkok Hospital Phitsanulok, Phyathai Hospital 1, 2, 3, Nawamin, and the Paolo Hospital network: not participating in the program.
- Emergency ambulance (Mobile CCU/Mobile ICU): the discount applies to the ambulance fee only and does not include doctor fees, equipment fees, nursing service fees, or other service charges.
- Dental services, excluding special equipment fees, special instrument fees, dental lab fees, item-specific special medical supply fees, and dental health fees.
- Services can be used only at participating network hospitals where the service is available.
- This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- We reserve the right to limit membership card holding to no more than 2 cards per person, or a card validity period of no more than 6 years.
